I-STEM Internship Opportunity
I-STEM is recruiting! We need enthusiastic undergrad and/or grad students for two roles, depending upon student strengths/interests:
1. I-STEM Communication:
- STEM Ed News: Conduct interviews, write articles, take & edit photos for website or publications;
- I-STEM website: Design, create, manage, & publish new articles to website;
- Desktop Publishing:Use InDesign/Photoshop to create magazines/publications.
2. Evaluation Support
- Assess Data: Enter/organize/and analyze evaluation data
- Publish Evaluation Reports: Copy edit/format evaluation reports.
Our vision for Illinois as a land-grant institution is to foster accessible, effective STEM teaching and learning—from preschool through graduate education—at local, state, and national levels, thereby preparing a highly able citizenry and diverse STEM workforce to tackle pressing global challenges.
